Online Fulfillment

HOK needed a way to coordinate and manage its marketing materials and collateral for all of its locations worldwide. NeuConcept developed an online fulfillment database and website for the company’s internal marketing materials. This enabled  a streamlined process for marketing requests and distribution, removing obstacles for off-site staff and increasing marketing staff productivity.

Project Database

HOK also engaged NeuConcept to develop Filemaker database solutions to manage details on its architecture projects and awards worldwide. We mapped out the fields and set-up a user-friendly interface that enabled staff to filter and search as well as maintain the database internally.
